Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 March 2026
This policy explains what personal data I collect, why I collect it, and what I do with it. I have written it in plain English because I believe you deserve to understand it without needing a lawyer.
Who I am
This website is operated by Frank Awuku, trading under Analysis People Ltd. My contact email is hello@frankawuku.com.
For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR), Analysis People Ltd is the data controller.
What data I collect
I only collect data that you give me directly. This includes:
- Contact form submissions, your name, email address, and any message you choose to write.
- Discovery call bookings, your name, email address, and scheduling information provided through Calendly.
- Email correspondence, anything you send me directly by email.
- Self-assessment submissions, your name, email address, and assessment results (dimension scores, pattern, and any reflections you choose to write) when you take the Legacy Helix Self-Assessment. Your results are emailed to you and may be reviewed by Frank to support any follow-up conversation.
- Marketing preferences, whether you opted in to receive insights and updates, recorded when you submit the contact form or self-assessment.
What I do not collect
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that identify individual visitors. I do not buy, rent, or scrape personal data from third parties.
If I add analytics in the future, I will update this policy and use a privacy-respecting tool that does not track individuals.
Why I collect your data
I use your personal data for the following reasons only:
- To respond to your enquiry or schedule a discovery call.
- To send you your self-assessment results and, if you have given consent, to stay in touch.
- To record your marketing preferences and ensure I only send you updates when you have given explicit consent.
I will never use your data for marketing unless you have given me clear, separate consent. I will never sell or share your data with anyone.
How I store your data
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard email and scheduling providers. I do not store personal data in any public or unsecured system. I retain your data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
Third-party services
This website uses the following services:
- Calendly, for scheduling discovery calls. Calendly has its own privacy policy, which you can read on their website.
- Vercel, for website hosting. Vercel may collect basic server logs (IP address, browser type) as part of standard web hosting. These are not used to identify individuals.
- Kit (ConvertKit), for storing subscriber information and sending emails. Kit has its own privacy policy, which you can read on their website.
- Resend, for delivering transactional emails such as your self-assessment results. Resend has its own privacy policy, which you can read on their website.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data I hold about you.
- Ask me to correct or delete your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
To exercise any of these rights, email me at hello@frankawuku.com. I will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If I make changes to this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. I will not reduce your rights under this policy without informing you directly.
